Classes focus on tapping into the Heart Chakra qualities of balance, calmness, and serenity whether they are yin (slower & more meditative) or yang (stronger & faster) in style.
The classes encourage students to find their own body's rhythm through listening to their heart and breath as a guide both on and off the mat. There is an element of self acceptance and curiosity intertwined with mindful expression that allow for unique exploration into yoga's hidden gifts.
