This Midsummer we invite you on a journey to the tranquil yet wild Exmoor National Park.
Cocooned within expansive green moors and the cooling lush shores of lakes, you will find Home Place Farm Cottages & Spa: the most serene setting for dropping back into Yoga, Sound, nature and a deeper sense of connection and community.
This warm, welcoming and friendly retreat offers a space for you to come home to yourself, to renew your energy, and rekindle the awareness of the innate gifts that lay within.
The offerings are thoughtfully planned to help us journey seamlessly into the height of summer and harness the wisdom of this time.
Midsummer is a beautiful time to celebrate the abundance in our lives and pay gratitude for all those seeds of hope that came to fruition. It also marks a powerful moment to fuel our inner fire, channelling our energy and passion with intention.
Over the long weekend we will create a safe container for self discovery and reflection blending together complementary therapies that empower and uplift.
Practices include Vinyasa Yoga, Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, Self Massage (MFR), Pramayama, Voice and Breath, Yoga Nidra, and full bodied rest.
Alongside this we weave together our love of the outdoors with invitations for wild swims, windswept coastal hikes, and space to simply be who you are in the arms of Mother Nature.
Nourish, Renew, Come Home
Enjoy daily led-practices that create a foundational practice that you can take home and integrate into daily life. On top of this we’ll share music, voice, ceremony and our profound love of the outdoors with plenty of time to bathe in your own presence.
