Replenish your waters and energy levels with this autumnal yoga retreat in Devon. As the air gets crisper and the days cooler, the season beckons us to turn inwards and replenish.
To align with the gradual emergence of longer nights and shorter days, we will delve into earth-based and yogic practices that support us in surrendering to a new rhythm so that we can enter the season ahead with a renewed sense of balance and purpose.
Prioritise your wellbeing and escape to Devon this Autumn for a weekend of wellness. As the world outside begins to slow down and quieten, we too are given the opportunity to surrender to the natural shift of tempo and take stock.

Autumn is a time to nurture your inner landscape and rebalance the nervous system. Take a step back from doing and drop into being, surrounded by a beautiful community of like-minded people.
