The root of many of our struggles is this underlying current of unworthiness. "I'm not enough this" or "I'm too much that". At times it can feel almost impossible to find happiness in who we are.

Breath and meditation are unique tools that can help you build a positive mindset and become more in-tune with your body, emotions, thoughts, and feelings.

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?

This course is open to all levels whether you have meditated or not.

If you find it difficult to sit still I would advise downloading insight timer for free and using their meditation timer to build up to 15 minutes of silent sitting before enrolling.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

To be accessible to all, we offer a sliding scale ranging between £20 - 30 for lifetime access.

There are a limited number of bursary places if you cannot afford £20- get in touch to enquire. 

TIME COMMITMENT

Days 1 - 5 : set aside 20 minutes

Days 6 : set aside 25 minutes

Days 7 : set aside 30 minutes

In addition to the audio recordings for each day, there is also a welcome video and closing video. The course is 3 hr 15 min in total. To really soak up the benefits practice on consecutive days.
