The root of many of our struggles is this underlying current of unworthiness. "I'm not enough this" or "I'm too much that". At times it can feel almost impossible to feel happy with who we are and the opportunities we have in life. Breath and meditation are unique tools that can help you build a positive mindset and become more intune with your body, emotions, feelings, and surroundings.

WHEN DOES THE MEDITATION COURSE START AND FINISH?

It is a completely self-paced online course - you'll learn that when it comes to meditation consistency is key so set a timetable that suits your schedule.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

There is a suggested payment of £35 which works out as £5 per meditation plus 2 free theory videos including extra meditations. The pricing structure is flexible if you can only afford £25 or £15 this is also welcome. If you can afford more this will help cover those on a lower payment plan.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE COURSE?

How does lifetime access sound? You will be sent the pre-recorded content so you can download and practice where ever, whenever, and as  many times as you choose.
