About the event
Join us in the outskirts of Bristol at the beautiful Breathe Meditation Studio, overlooking the fields and nestled within a serene paddock. This day retreat is limited to just 9 guests and will include:
Vinyasa Yoga - We'll focus on the energetic qualities of breath and yoga asana to uplift and replenish energy levels so that the body can find it's own internal balance.
Wild Spa - Once aligned to your own unique rhythm, enjoy the spaciousness of time to soak up the sun in the hot tub, sizzle in the sauna, or plunge into the cold tub.
Nature - After lunch we'll do a nature walk to enjoy the local surroundings and have a mindful moment at a special spot nearby before meandering back to the studio
Sonic Yin and Sound - Then the final layer of unravelling, a softer practice to drop back into the spaciousness of being. Drawing on techniques learned in Nepal, Anz will weave together the meditative overtones of Himalayan Singing Bowls with gong, live guitar, and gentle vocal toning to create space around thought, allowing the body and mind to drop into a fuller, effortless release.
Nourishment: Light lunch and sweet treat with tea
Open to all levels — no previous experience of yoga or sound is needed.
This day is all about YOU. If you need solace, there's time to be alone. If you crave community, it's there. You'll be surrounded by a beautiful community of like-minded people.

9.45am: Arrivals & Tea
10am - 11.00am: Welcome and Yoga Asana Practice
11.00am - 12.30pm: Wild Spa (Hot tub, Cold Plunge, Sauna)
12.30pm - 1.15pm: Light Lunch / Solo Nature Time
1.15pm - 2pm: Nature & Mindfulness Walk
2pm - 3pm: Practice
3pm - 3.30pm: Tea & snack
3.30 - 5pm: Sonic Yin & Sound
5pm: Closing & Goodbyes

About Anz
Anz is a dedicated yoga and meditation teacher, bodyworker, and sound therapist with over eight years of experience supporting others on their journey toward holistic wellbeing.
Her approach, rooted in Tantric Yoga and Buddhist Philosophy, offers practices that are intended to nurture both physical, emotional and mental health.
Currently training with the British Academy of Sound Therapy in Holistic Voice Therapy, Anz continues to explore new ways to integrate therapeutic sound and voice into her work as a Yoga and Meditation Facilitator in Bristol.
Her workshops and retreats invite a return to inner balance through presence, embodiment, nature, and sound.
Things to bring:
Two towels for the sauna and swimmers
Water bottle to stay hydrated
A journal / book if you crave time alone for self reflection
Wear comfy clothes that allow movement, you don't need any fancy yoga pants, anything you feel comfortable in
The studio has all the mats and props but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Getting there:
The venue is just 20 minutes drive from Bedminster and 25 minutes from Bristol Temple Meads.
If you need a lift let us know when booking so we can try and link you up with someone for a car share.
