Autumn Yoga Retreat
The Black Mountains, Wales
Yoga | Sound | Sauna | Spaciousness

As the air gets crisper and the days cooler, the season beckons us to turn inwards and replenish. This yoga retreat is an opportunity to slow down, take time away from responsibilities, and reconnect to nature and yourself.
Practices include Embodied Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Sound Therapy, Breathwork (Pranayama) and Voice Therapy (optional).
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is one of spaciousness. Alongside yoga classes, restorative practices and sound therapy, you'll have space to shape your retreat as you wish. Soak in the hot tub, wild swim in the natural pool, lose yourself in a book, share a cup of tea with new friends, head out for a walk or hike up one of Wales’ most beautiful mountains, Pen-y-fâl (Sugar Loaf).
Our intention is to offer you plenty of time and space to nurture your inner landscape so you can enter the season ahead with a renewed sense of balance and purpose.

Yoga Retreat Venue
Nestled between four mountains with breath-taking views, Fforest Barn is a blend of old and new. A 17th Century barn with oak beams, plus a dutch barn beautifully crafted with eco building techniques.
You'll be free to roam the land, wild swim in the natural pool daily, enjoy a scenic sauna, and soak up the grounding quality of the wilderness.
We’ll rise with the sun in the yoga studio and sink into the night with practices to ground.

Anz Loveridge
Yoga Teacher, Sound Therapist, Massage Therapist
Anz has over eight years of experience facilitating yoga retreats and workshops in the UK and abroad and as a musician continues to weave in sound to her offerings.
Anz facilitates classes that guide students towards a deeper intimacy with one's 'self' and inner knowing, teaching to all levels and recognising that different bodies have varied needs that differ day to day. Classes are tailored to who is in the room and their unique needs. There’s no need for flexibility; the yogic teachings are intended to go deeper than the body.
Anz continues to explore new ways to integrate therapeutic sound into her teaching and she is inspired by the patterns and rhythms of nature. Her intention is to encourage a return to inner balance by reconnecting to one’s own tempo.

Anna is an experienced yoga teacher, therapist, and neuroscientist. Drawing on both contemplative inquiry and scientific exploration, her work reflects a deep curiosity about what it means to be human.
Through her teaching, she hopes to encourage greater awareness, understanding, and compassion in how we relate to ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
