By allowing our voices to be heard in a new way, with all their cracks and imperfections, we allow creativity to flow freely and fill those gaps of how we want to be seen with renewed inspiration. In the process, we show up fully, as who we are deep down and touch that divine state of being that is rugged, raw, real and at peace. We untame our voices and unleash a fierce compassion that has the power to hold it all: the light, the dark, and everything in between. A full bodied “yes” to life.

Together we will inhabit our bodies softly through guided awareness, breath, sounding and gentle movement before dropping back into the gentle cocoon of shared listening. We’ll close with a soothing sound bath to sonically ground our bodies and settle the nervous system into a place that feels held and at ease.

Bring along a yoga mat, a cushion or bolster, and any other cosy things. I will have some spares so let me know in advance to get first dibbs.
