Service Description

This embodied practice teaches us to strive without forcing, accepting our body as we find it in the present moment. Starting with awareness of breath, we fully inhabit our bodies by breathing more consciously to settle the mind. This breath then ties together our movements on the mat as we organise our bodies in space to find stability and steadiness in the midst of flow. Often soft and strong at the same time, we fully inhabit our bodies with a new perspective to find deeper opening and flexibility in new areas for growth. A class that will leave you feeling empowered, supple and strong.
